Web development & business software: sites that sell, systems that run
Two kinds of software matter to a business: the site that brings customers in and the systems that serve them. We build both, host both on the same uncrowded cluster, and answer for both on the same WhatsApp thread, so nothing ever falls into the gap between your web guy and your software guy.
WEB/DESIGN
Websites built to a number
Design taste is arguable. Load time is not. Every site we ship targets 100/100 Lighthouse across performance, accessibility, and SEO, on the hosting it will actually live on, with structured data so search engines read your business correctly. You are looking at that standard right now: this site is our own portfolio piece, and you are welcome to run it through PageSpeed before you hire us.
- Business sites, landing pages, and stores that load before your visitor's patience runs out.
- Copy and structure aimed at selling, not just existing: clear offers, honest proof, one obvious next step.
- SEO as engineering: schema markup, semantic structure, sitemaps, and metadata done properly from day one.
- Hosted on our own cluster, so the speed survives launch day.
READY/SYSTEMS
Deployable this month
Proven systems we configure to your business instead of building from zero. Faster, cheaper, already debugged:
- Point of sale for retail and food: billing, receipts, day-end reports.
- Inventory management with stock alerts, purchase orders, and multi-location counts.
- CRM that your sales people will actually fill in, because it fills itself where it can.
- Portals and dashboards for clients, students, or staff, fed live from your data.
All genuinely affordable, priced by module. Ask what your combination costs.
CUSTOM/BUILD
Custom, when custom is honest
Custom software is expensive to build and more expensive to regret. So we only recommend it when your process is genuinely your advantage, and we structure it so you are never trapped.
STEP/01
Scoped in writing
A fixed specification with fixed money before a line is written. Change requests are priced, not smuggled.
STEP/02
Staged delivery
Working software at every stage, each stage usable on its own. You can stop after any of them and still hold value.
STEP/03
Yours at handover
Source code, documentation, deployment scripts, and accounts, transferred and walked through. Maintenance contracts are offered, never required.

Straight answers
Website or web application: which do I need?
If it presents your business, it is a website and we design it for speed and search. If it runs your business, it is an application: POS, inventory, CRM, portals. We build both, and they share hosting, so nothing falls between two vendors.
How much does a website cost?
Genuinely affordable, priced by scope rather than by hours padded. A fast business site is an entry-level project; stores and portals scale from there. Tell us pages and features and you get a fixed quote, usually the same day.
Do you use templates or build custom?
Whichever serves you. Ready-to-deploy systems for POS, inventory, and CRM ship fast and cost less. Custom builds are for when your process is genuinely your advantage. We will tell you honestly which you need, because we sell both.
Will my site score well on Google?
Sites we ship target 100/100 Lighthouse across performance, accessibility, and SEO on our own hosting, with structured data included. This very site is built to that standard; run it through PageSpeed and check.
Who owns the code and content?
You do. Source, content, and accounts are handed over documented. Hosting with us is the sensible default, not a hostage situation.
Can you host and maintain what you build?
Yes, and it is the point of the model: the site or system runs on our own uncrowded cluster, monitored by the people who wrote it. One WhatsApp thread covers code, server, and domain.
Do you build online stores?
Yes: WooCommerce on our LiteSpeed stack for most retail, or custom storefronts where the catalog or checkout is unusual. Payment integration, shipping rules, and the boring tax parts included.
Can you maintain a system another vendor built?
Usually yes, after a short code and infrastructure review so we know what we are promising. Rescue projects are a specialty we did not choose but got good at.
BUILD/PROCESS
Staged, so you are never hostage to a rebuild
Custom work runs on a fixed spec and fixed money, delivered in stages where every stage is working software you could stop at. The first stage is always the riskiest assumption — the integration, the import, the thing most likely to sink the project — proven first, cheaply. Change requests are quoted in writing before they are built, which is how the final invoice matches the first one.
BUILD/OWNERSHIP
At handover you receive the source code, the documentation, the deployment notes, and every account credential — transferred to your vault, not “shared”. Maintenance is offered on a retainer and genuinely optional: the handover is complete enough that any competent developer could take over tomorrow. We keep clients by being good, not by being sticky — rule four, applied to software.
NEXT/STEP
Tell us what the business needs to do
Not the technology, the outcome. We will map it to the cheapest honest build: template, ready system, or custom, with a fixed quote either way.
