Refund Policy

1. Hosting

Annual shared, WordPress, email, and reseller hosting plans include a 14-day money-back window from the date of activation. Request a refund within that window and we return the full plan fee by the original payment method within 10 business days. After 14 days, fees for the current term are non-refundable, but you may cancel renewal at any time.

2. Domains and SSL

Domain registrations, transfers, renewals, and issued SSL certificates are non-refundable, because registries and certificate authorities charge us irreversibly at the moment of purchase.

3. VPS

VPS plans include a 7-day money-back window unless otherwise stated in your order, reflecting the dedicated resources reserved for you.

4. Project work

Managed services, automation, and solutions projects are invoiced against a written scope with milestones. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable; uncommenced milestones are refundable in full if the project is cancelled in writing.

5. How to request

Email hello@aibuz.org or message us on WhatsApp from your registered number with your account reference. We confirm receipt within one business day and do not ask you to survive a retention script.

6. Abuse-related termination

Accounts terminated for material breach of the Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
