LEGAL/ACCEPTABLE-USE-POLICY
Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
1. Purpose
This policy protects our customers, our infrastructure, and the wider internet. It applies to all services and to content and traffic handled through them.
2. Prohibited content and activities
- Illegal content under the law of Pakistan, Germany, the United States, or the customer's jurisdiction.
- Malware distribution, phishing, botnet command and control, or infrastructure for attacks on third parties.
- Unsolicited bulk email, purchased mailing lists, or mail practices that harm cluster deliverability.
- Content that infringes intellectual property rights, following a valid notice.
- Cryptocurrency mining and similar sustained compute abuse on shared plans.
3. Fair use of resources
We do not throttle CPU or count inodes as a business model. Shared plans carry published fair-use limits that exist solely to stop a single account from degrading its neighbors. If your account approaches them we contact you first with numbers and options, including a plan or VPS move. Emergency limits may be applied immediately where an account is actively harming others, followed by contact.
4. Email rules
Mail sent through our cluster must be solicited, identified, and include working unsubscribe mechanisms where bulk in nature. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC are configured on all hosted domains and must not be weakened.
5. Reporting abuse
Report abuse involving our network to abuse@aibuz.org with logs or evidence. We acknowledge within one business day and act on verified reports.
6. Enforcement
Depending on severity we may warn, apply temporary limits, suspend, or terminate. Wherever the situation allows, you get notice and a chance to remedy before service is affected.
