Datacenters in Germany & the USA: two continents, one policy
Our cluster runs in two regions: Nuremberg, Germany and Manassas, United States. Same hardware standards, same limits, same backup discipline. You choose the region at signup, and your data physically stays there.
REGION/NBG
Nuremberg, Germany
EU data residency on European hardware. The natural pick for European audiences and for Pakistani businesses whose clients ask the GDPR question, with your data on German soil rather than a checkbox promise. Excellent connectivity to European exchanges.
ROUND TRIP FROM YOUR DEVICE: measuring…
REGION/US
Manassas, United States
Short round trips for American visitors and marketplaces. Minutes from the Ashburn interconnection corridor, the densest peering on the continent. The right choice if your customers, payment stack, or ad audiences are US-based.
DC METRO: NORTHERN VIRGINIA · ASHBURN CORRIDOR
Hardware
NVMe storage, LiteSpeed web servers, and capacity planning that treats headroom as a feature we sell, not slack we resell.
Backups
Daily, automated, kept off the serving machine, and restore-tested. Restores are done with you on WhatsApp, not silently.
Transparency
Limits are published, incidents go on the status page, and benchmarks come with the script so you can rerun them.
FACILITY/NBG · NUREMBERG, GERMANY
The European anchor
Enterprise hardware in a Tier-grade Bavarian facility with short paths to the Frankfurt exchange fabric — among the densest interconnection points in Europe. Choosing NBG means genuine EU data residency: your files, databases, and backups stay on German soil, which answers the GDPR question European clients ask Pakistani businesses before signing anything.
FACILITY/IAD · MANASSAS, UNITED STATES
The American anchor
Minutes from the Ashburn corridor in Northern Virginia — the heaviest peering concentration on the continent, where the major clouds, CDNs, and carriers physically meet. The right region when your customers, payment stack, or advertising audience is North American: shorter round trips to the networks that matter to them.
NET/PK-REALITY
The honest latency answer for Pakistan
Hosting has no datacenter in Pakistan, and we will not pretend otherwise. Here is the engineering truth: for a Pakistani business, most of what visitors feel is not raw distance — it is server processing time, caching, and page weight, which is exactly what LiteSpeed, LSCache, and disciplined builds fix. Static assets are additionally served through Cloudflare’s network, which has presence in Pakistan, so repeat visits load from nearby edge cache. And if your customers are in Europe, the Gulf, or the US — as they are for most exporters, publishers, and agencies we host — Nuremberg or Manassas puts your site closer to the people who pay you, while your support stays on Karachi time.
NET/RESILIENCE
Backups & watching
Every account is backed up daily to storage off the serving machine, and restores are exercised on schedule — a backup that has never been restored is a rumor, and ours are logged. Availability is graded by an external monitor probing every sixty seconds from multiple continents; the results publish to the status page automatically, which means we cannot quietly edit a bad week out of history. That inability is the feature.
NET/FAQ
Common questions
Which region should I choose?
Where your customers are. European or Gulf audience: Nuremberg. American audience: Manassas. Mixed or mostly-Pakistani audience: either works well behind edge caching — we will look at your traffic and recommend one in writing.
Can I run sites in both regions?
Yes. Accounts are per-region, and plenty of clients run their EU-facing brand in NBG and their US-facing brand in IAD under one relationship.
Can I move regions later?
Yes — it is an internal migration, done by us, free, with the same zero-downtime process as an inbound move.
