Business workflow automation: fire the copy-paste, keep the people
Somewhere in your company, a smart person is retyping numbers between two systems that both have APIs. We build the pipelines that do that work instead: invoices generated, reports compiled, orders synced, follow-ups sent, every night, without sick days, with a log of everything they did.
SCOPE/PIPELINES
The jobs robots should already have
Invoicing and billing
Orders in, invoices out, reminders on schedule, reconciliation flagged. Your finance person reviews exceptions instead of typing totals.
Reports that write themselves
Sales, stock, uptime, ad spend: pulled from the source systems nightly and delivered as a readable summary to email or WhatsApp before you wake up.
Data sync between systems
Store to accounting, CRM to mailing list, ERP to spreadsheet. Two systems that both have APIs should never need a human courier between them.
Customer messaging
Order confirmations, appointment reminders, review requests, and follow-ups over WhatsApp and email, drafted by the pipeline, approved by you where it matters.
Document handling
PDFs parsed, attachments filed, contracts renamed and routed, records archived to policy. The folder called NEW FOLDER (7) finally dies.
AI in harness
Language models where they genuinely help: summarizing, drafting, categorizing, first-line replies. Always in harness, always logged, never talking to your customers unsupervised.
Pricing is fixed per workflow and genuinely affordable; simple pipelines cost less than the monthly hours they replace. Describe one job and get a number.

Automation you can trust with the till
The reason most businesses stop at "we should automate this" is fear, and the fear is rational: a bad script can send a wrong invoice a thousand times. So we engineer for the failure first. Every pipeline we ship logs every action, alerts on every anomaly, and has a defined behavior when the world surprises it: retry, queue, or stop and ask a human.
- Human-in-the-loop by default anywhere money moves or a customer is contacted. The robot drafts, you approve.
- Dry-run mode first. Every workflow runs in shadow against real data before it touches anything live.
- Full audit trail. What ran, when, on what input, with what result, queryable for as long as you keep the logs.
- Kill switch. One toggle stops any pipeline instantly, and it is yours, not ours.
CASE/SHAPE
What a typical build looks like
A trading business was compiling a daily stock-and-sales report by hand: ninety minutes, every day, prone to Friday errors. We built an n8n pipeline that pulls from their POS and bank feed, reconciles, and delivers a formatted summary to the owner's WhatsApp at 7 a.m. Build time: under two weeks. Payback: under two months. The person who used to type it now handles the exceptions the report surfaces.

FAQ/AUTO
Straight answers
What tools do you build on?
n8n for orchestration, Python and Bash for the heavy lifting, and direct API integrations with whatever you already use: WhatsApp Business, email, spreadsheets, ERPs, payment providers, databases. We pick boring, self-hostable tools you are never locked into.
How do you price automation work?
Fixed price per workflow after a short discovery call, sized to complexity. Simple pipelines are genuinely affordable; bigger builds are quoted in stages so you can stop after any stage. Ask for a number, you will get one.
What if the automation breaks at 2 a.m.?
Every workflow ships with logging, alerting, and a defined failure mode: retry, queue, or page a human. Broken silently is the one behavior we engineer out. Maintenance is included in year one.
Will it touch money or send messages on its own?
Only where you explicitly allow it. Anywhere money moves or a customer is contacted, we default to human-in-the-loop approval: the robot drafts, you tap approve.
Do we own the workflows?
Yes. They run on your infrastructure or your accounts, documented, with handover included. You can maintain them without us, though most clients keep us on a small care plan.
Can automations run on our own servers?
Yes, and for anything sensitive we recommend it. n8n and the pipelines we write are fully self-hostable, on your VPS with us or on infrastructure you already own. Your data never has to transit a third-party automation cloud.
How long does a typical build take?
Simple pipelines: days. A multi-system workflow with approvals and edge cases: two to four weeks including shadow-running against real data. We quote a delivery date with the price and we hit it or tell you early.
Where do we start if we are not sure what to automate?
The audit. We shadow your team’s recurring work for a week of logs and screenshots, then hand you a ranked list: hours lost per month, cost to automate, payback period. You pick from the top.
AUTO/ENGAGEMENT
Fixed price per workflow
Each workflow is scoped in writing, priced as a fixed number, and delivered in four moves: map the current manual process with the person who actually does it; build and shadow-run against real data while humans keep doing the job; ship with approvals wherever money moves or customers are contacted; hand over documentation, logs, and the kill switch. Most workflows pay for themselves inside two months — we will show you that math on your own numbers before you commit.
AUTO/FAQ
Asked before buying
What happens when the automation breaks?
It fails loudly, not silently: errors alert us, the affected run is logged with its inputs, and the manual fallback is documented in the handover. Workflows under a care retainer are fixed by us; the rest come with everything a competent person needs to fix them.
Do we need new software for this?
Usually not. Pipelines connect what you already run — your store, your accounting, your sheets, your WhatsApp — through their existing interfaces. The absence of new licenses is part of the ROI.
Can it work with Pakistani banks and local tools?
Where an interface exists, yes; where one does not, we automate around it honestly — structured exports, scheduled reconciliation, human checkpoints — and tell you exactly which part stays manual and why.
