Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email, phone, billing address), payment records processed by our payment providers, service logs generated by operating the infrastructure, and messages you send us including on WhatsApp.

2. What we use it for

Providing and billing the services, responding to support requests, securing the platform, meeting legal obligations, and, only if you opt in, service announcements. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

3. Where data lives

Hosting account data is stored in the region you choose at signup: Nuremberg, Germany or the United States. It is not moved between regions without your request. Business records are kept on systems we operate.

4. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for the period required by tax and accounting law afterward. Backups expire on a rolling schedule. You may request deletion of data we are not legally required to keep.

5. Sharing

We share data only with processors necessary to run the service (datacenter providers, payment processors, domain registries) under their respective agreements, or when a valid legal order requires it. We will tell you about legal demands unless the law forbids it.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy of your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, or deletion where applicable, by writing to hello@aibuz.org. If you are in the EU, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including complaint to a supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This marketing site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The client portal sets strictly necessary cookies for login sessions.
