PK/MANAGED-IT · FLAT MONTHLY RETAINER

Managed IT services in Pakistan, documented or it did not happen

Most Pakistani businesses run on infrastructure one resignation away from chaos: the server nobody dares reboot, passwords in one head, backups nobody has ever restored. Our managed IT retainer replaces that fragility with an engineered estate — audited in week one, monitored around the clock, patched on cadence, backed up with restores that are tested and logged — for a flat monthly PKR number your accountant can plan around.

PK/FIRST-30-DAYS

Week 1 — full written audit, every server and credential, risks ranked by blast radius, dangerous quick wins fixed immediately.

Week 2 — monitoring live, patch cadence started.

Weeks 3–4 — backups proven by actual restores, runbook drafted, first plain-language report delivered.

What managed IT covers here

COV/01

Servers & virtualization

Linux and Windows estates, VMware and Proxmox clusters, capacity planning, and migrations executed at hours your customers never notice — on-premises in your Karachi office or in any cloud.

COV/02

Mail, security & backups

Mail platforms that deliver, firewalls and least-privilege access, patch discipline, and daily off-machine backups that are restore-tested with the test logged where you can see it.

COV/03

Monitoring & reporting

External and internal probes, alerts that wake a human with root access, and a monthly report in plain language: what changed, what almost broke, what to budget for next quarter.

The complete scope, the runbook method, and the exit terms — your credentials in your vault, your right to leave in writing — are on the managed IT page. Karachi businesses can also read the IT services in Karachi overview.

PK/FAQ

Managed IT in Pakistan — asked and answered

How much do managed IT services cost in Pakistan?

A flat monthly PKR retainer sized to the estate — server count, mailbox count, criticality — itemized so you can see what each part costs. No per-incident billing, because per-incident billing pays the vendor more when your systems are worse.

Do you support offices outside Karachi?

Yes — all of Pakistan remotely, which is how most infrastructure work is done anyway, with every change logged. Karachi clients can additionally get an engineer on-site for audits and incidents that need hands on hardware.

Can you take over from our current provider or in-house person?

Yes, starting with the written week-one audit of everything that exists. The audit document is yours regardless — it is designed to make us replaceable, which is exactly why clients stay.

Our server and data must stay in Pakistan. Is that fine?

Yes — on-premises and local estates are managed as-is. Where hosting abroad helps (websites, mail), we say so with reasons; where data residency rules it out, it stays on your metal.

What response times do you commit to?

Written ones: first response within one business day with minutes the norm, service-down reports same-day, and emergencies worked until resolved — Mon–Sat 10:00–19:00 PKT on the clock, incidents off it.
