Managed IT services: your infrastructure, run like it is ours

Servers, virtualization, mail, firewalls, backups, monitoring: the unglamorous layer everything else stands on. We take responsibility for all of it, from the hypervisor to the inbox, so your team can work on the business instead of babysitting the machines under it.

SCOPE/COVERAGE

What "managed" covers here

Not a monitoring dashboard and a shrug. Ownership of outcomes, with the receipts to prove it.

Servers and virtualization

Linux and Windows estates, Proxmox and VMware clusters, capacity planning, and migrations executed at hours your customers never notice. We have consolidated racks and un-broken clusters other vendors walked away from.

Mail platforms

Exchange and modern mail systems: migrations measured in hundreds of mailboxes, deliverability engineering, retention policies, and the DNS records that decide whether your invoices land in inboxes or spam.

Security and hardening

Firewalls, VPNs, least-privilege access, patch discipline, malware defense, and audit logging. Boring, layered, verifiable security instead of a shiny appliance and a prayer.

Web stacks

Nginx, LiteSpeed, PHP-FPM, Redis, and the databases behind them, tuned with numbers rather than folklore. LMS platforms, ERP systems, and portals kept fast under real load.

Backups that restore

A backup that has never been restored is a rumor. Ours run on schedule, live off the serving machine, and get restore-tested, with the test logged where you can see it.

Monitoring and response

External and internal probes, alert routing that wakes a human who can actually fix it, and a written response-time commitment instead of a marketing SLA.

Pricing is a flat monthly retainer sized to your estate, quoted after a short audit. Affordable is the point of outsourcing; tell us what you run and see the number.

METHOD/RUNBOOK

Documented, or it did not happen

Every estate we take on gets a runbook: what exists, how it is configured, what depends on what, and what to do at 3 a.m. when a disk dies. Changes are logged. Credentials live in your vault, not in our heads. The uncomfortable consequence for us is that you could take the runbook and leave. The comfortable consequence for you is that you never have to.

  • Week one: full written audit of the estate, risks ranked by blast radius, quick wins fixed immediately.
  • Week two onward: patch cadence, monitoring live, backup restores tested and logged.
  • Every month: a plain-language report: what changed, what almost broke, what to budget for next.
  • Always: your credentials, your vault, your right to revoke access in an afternoon.

FIT/PROFILES

Who hands us the keys

Pakistani institutionsGerman Mittelstand firmsUS mid-market firmsInstitutions and mid-market firms

Enterprises, publishers, and institutions with real estates: learning platforms, mail systems for hundreds of users, virtualization clusters. Senior operations without a senior-operations payroll line.

Businesses with one overloaded IT person

We become the escalation layer, the vacation cover, and the person who finally writes things down. Your admin stops being a single point of failure and starts taking weekends.

Agencies with hosting promises to keep

You sold the client uptime. We make it true, white-label, while you keep the relationship and the margin.

FAQ/OPS

Straight answers

Do you replace our IT staff or work with them?

Either. Some clients outsource everything to us. Others keep a team and use us as the senior escalation layer, the after-hours cover, or the project muscle. We document everything so the arrangement can change later without pain.

What systems can you actually manage?

Linux and Windows servers, Proxmox and VMware virtualization, Exchange and modern mail platforms, firewalls and VPNs, Nginx and LiteSpeed web stacks, MariaDB and PostgreSQL, Moodle and other LMS platforms, ERP systems, backup infrastructure, and the monitoring that watches all of it.

How do you charge?

A flat monthly retainer sized to your estate, or per-project pricing for defined work like a migration or a hardening pass. Retainers include monitoring, patching, and a response-time commitment in writing. Tell us what you run and we will quote both ways.

What does onboarding look like?

A documented audit of everything you have, quick wins fixed in the first two weeks, then a written runbook so the estate stops living in one person’s head, even ours.

Do we keep control of our own systems?

Always. Credentials live in your vault, changes are logged, and you can revoke our access in one afternoon. Vendor lock-in is a business model. It is not ours.

What size of estate is too small or too big?

A single overworked server qualifies. So does a multi-site estate with clusters and hundreds of mailboxes: that is the scale we come from. The retainer scales with the estate, so nobody subsidizes anybody.

How fast do you respond when something breaks?

Service-down reports get same-day response during business hours and cluster-wide emergencies are worked continuously until resolved. The commitment is written into the retainer, not implied by a slogan.

Can you handle compliance requirements?

We build to the boring, auditable standard by default: least privilege, patch discipline, tested backups, logged changes. If you have a specific framework to satisfy, we map our runbook to it.

OPS/FIRST-30

The first thirty days

Week one: full written audit of the estate — every server, service, credential, and dependency — with risks ranked by blast radius and the dangerous quick wins fixed immediately. Week two: monitoring live, patch cadence agreed and started. Weeks three and four: backups verified by actual restores, the runbook drafted, and the first monthly report delivered in plain language: what changed, what almost broke, what to budget for next quarter.

OPS/RETAINER

Pricing is a flat monthly retainer sized to the estate — server count, mailbox count, criticality — quoted in PKR, EUR, or USD and itemized so you can see what each part costs. No per-incident billing, because per-incident billing pays the vendor more when your systems are worse. The retainer pays us to keep everything boring, which aligns the incentives exactly where you want them.

NEXT/STEP

Send us your server list

Even a rough one. We will come back with a ranked risk list, a retainer number, and the first three things we would fix, free, whether or not you hire us.
