KHI/SOFTWARE · FIXED SPEC, FIXED PRICE
A software house in Karachi that hands over the keys
The Karachi software market has a habit: build it, host it somewhere private, and keep the client hostage through the source code. We work the opposite way — POS, inventory, CRM, and portals deployable this month, or fully custom builds on a fixed spec and fixed PKR price, delivered in stages where every stage is working software, with source, docs, and every credential yours at handover. Maintenance offered, never required.
KHI/DEPLOY-THIS-MONTH
POS — retail and food, offline-tolerant, printer-ready.
Inventory — stock alerts, multi-location counts, audit trails.
CRM — pipelines that fill themselves where they can.
Portals — clients, students, staff — with the logins and roles done properly.
KHI/DIFFERENT
What makes this software house different
DIF/01
Built by infrastructure people
The team that writes your system also runs enterprise servers, mail estates, and backups for a living — so the software ships with deployment, monitoring, and a restore plan, not just a code dump.
DIF/02
Performance is a number, not a vibe
Websites are built to 100/100 Lighthouse targets on our own cluster and measured in the open. Slow software is a defect here, not a upsell opportunity.
DIF/03
No hostages, contractually
Fixed spec, fixed money, staged delivery, change requests quoted in writing before they are built — and full ownership transferred at handover. We keep clients by being good, not by being sticky.
The full catalogue — ready systems, custom process, and web builds — lives on the solutions page. Need the hosting underneath it too? See web hosting in Pakistan.
KHI/FAQ
Software development in Karachi — asked and answered
How much does custom software cost in Karachi?
A fixed PKR number against a fixed written spec — no hourly meters. Ready systems (POS, inventory, CRM) configured to you cost a fraction of custom and deploy within the month; genuinely custom builds are quoted per stage so you can stop at any working milestone.
Do we get the source code?
Yes — source, documentation, deployment notes, and every account credential, transferred to your vault at handover. Any competent developer could take over tomorrow; that is the standard the handover is written to.
Can you also host and maintain what you build?
Yes, and it is genuinely optional. Hosting runs on our own cluster with published pricing, and maintenance is a retainer you can decline or cancel — the handover is complete either way.
Do you build for businesses outside Karachi?
All of Pakistan and abroad — delivery is remote-first with staged demos, and billing exists in PKR, EUR, and USD.
We had a bad experience with a previous developer. How do you de-risk this?
Stage one is always the riskiest assumption — the integration or import most likely to sink the project — proven first and cheaply. Every stage ends in working software you own, so the worst case is a small bill and a usable artifact, not a year and nothing.
NEXT/STEP
Describe the system. Get a fixed number.
One conversation, one written spec, one PKR price that matches the final invoice. Stage one proves the riskiest part first.
