Terms of Service

1. Who we are

These terms govern services provided by Aibuz ("we", "us"), an ICT services business operating from Karachi, Pakistan, at aibuz.org and related subdomains. By ordering or using our services you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We provide web hosting, domains, SSL, managed IT services, automation, and business software as described on this site and in your order. Service specifications, including storage and account limits, are those published at the time of your order.

3. Billing and the renewal price guarantee

Hosting is billed annually in advance. Your renewal price for a hosting plan will not exceed the price you paid at signup for that plan, for as long as the plan remains active and in good standing. Price changes for new customers do not affect existing subscriptions.

4. Fair use

We do not throttle CPU or count inodes as a billing mechanism. We do enforce published fair-use limits designed only to protect other customers from runaway processes or abuse, and we will contact you before enforcement wherever practical. Details are in the Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Your responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials secure and your contact details current.
• Keep your own applications updated; we can help under a managed services engagement.
• Use the services lawfully and within the Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Backups

We take daily backups of hosting accounts and retain them off the serving machine. Backups are a recovery aid, not an archival guarantee; you should retain your own copies of critical data. Restores are performed on request at no charge.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend service for non-payment, security emergencies, or material breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy. We will give notice and an opportunity to remedy wherever the situation allows. You may cancel at any time; refunds are governed by the Refund Policy.

8. Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees you paid for the affected service in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or on this page at least 30 days before taking effect.
